As a licensed Insights practitioner, all my coaching programmes (121 and team) are rooted in the power of developing self-awareness to help individuals, teams and businesses achieve their goals.
High self-awareness is the strongest predictor of leadership success and teams filled with self-aware people are way more effective.
I use the powerful psychometric tool, Insights, which is grounded in Jungian psychology and draws on a broad range of psychological theories to help people: understand themselves and others better; communicate more effectively; develop resilience and the ability to adapt to change; as well as resolve conflicts more quickly. As a result you’re able to build inclusive, high-performing teams that fully reach their potential.
