I’m Jo - a leadership and performance coach, Insights Discovery® Practitioner, and former Chief People Officer.
I started Culture Co because I believe leadership has the power to transform not just businesses, but lives. Today I work with CEOs, founders, and HR leaders to develop stronger leaders, build connected teams, and create cultures that fuel performance and growth. My approach is practical and human - research-backed tools, no jargon, and conversations that spark real change.
Clients often tell me they see leaders step up faster, teams collaborate better, and performance become more sustainable - with behaviours that truly reflect their values.
Away from work, I’ve always loved sport. Having played competitive tennis from a young age, I know the power of discipline, mindset, and teamwork - lessons I bring into everything I do.
